The size I want is out of stock, now what?

You can leave your e-mail address on the relevant product page. You can do this by clicking on the button "Size not on stock?" when choosing the size. You will be notified automatically as soon as the item is back in stock.

How does the leak-proof technology in Lanaleaks® Leak-proof Underwear work?

How can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of your order after it has been placed, as we process and package your order as quickly as possible.

How do I redeem my Discount Code or Gift Certificate?

To redeem a coupon, you can add the coupon code in the first section of checkout. After you have done this, the value of the voucher will be deducted from the purchase amount.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. This e-mail contains the order number (consisting of 4 digits), the order summary and the shipping address.

I have entered incorrect address details, can this be changed?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the details of your order after it has been placed because we process and pack your order as quickly as possible. To be on the safe side, please contact our customer service team to discuss solutions by clicking here.

How can I track my order?

To provide you with a seamless experience, we offer a convenient way to track your order. Simply go to our website and navigate to the "Track My Order" page, where you can effortlessly track the status and progress of your purchase. We understand that you have to wait for a package and we want to keep you informed every step of the way.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Didn't receive your order? Sorry to hear that! After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. The same day your order will be shipped.

You will receive an email with a track & trace number to follow the package. Did you not receive this email or is the status of your package unclear?

My Track & Trace indicates that my order has been returned. What should I do?

Please contact us at info@lanaleaks.com. One of our customer service representatives will investigate what happened and come up with a solution as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange

What are the return policies?

Return period

We have a return period of 30 days in which the customer may return his or her package without giving a reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 30 days.

Return conditions

All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the item.

For items purchased on sale or discounted items lanaleaks.com does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or can be redeemed for a credit note.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

What are the return costs?

Returns are at your own expense and depend on the courier and the country you are returning the package from.

How can I exchange or return my order?

Exchanging or returning an order is very simple.

Within 30 days of receiving your order, send an e-mail to info@lanaleaks.com stating that you wish to exchange one or more products. We will then immediately send you the return instructions.

How long does it take to exchange a product?

After your return is received by our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 days. In most cases, your exchange request will be fulfilled within a few days. You will always receive a confirmation email with a tracking code once your new order is fulfilled.

Where can I find my order number to register my return?

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a four digit code. If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you.

What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged?

Unfortunately it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to info@lanaleaks.com with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?

We have a return period of 30 days in which the customer may return his or her package without giving a reason. These 30 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 30 days.

In the unlikely event that this does not succeed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

How long does a refund take?

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days. On your track & trace received with your return, you can see when the package arrived at our warehouse.

From that moment on, the 10 working days start. After the refund has taken place, you will be notified. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.
